Ultrasound
Finding
Technique: Hand -held ultrasound
Tissue composition: Heterogeneous background echotexture
Associated features: Right breast :duct changes Left breast : duct changes
No demonstrable mass or cyst
Assessment: Birads category 3 : probably benign
Impression : Bilateral breast implants.
- Mammogram showed regional punctate microcalcification at left LIQ, favor probably benign.
- Ultrasound showed no definite mass or cyst. Focal dilated ducts at left UOQ and right superior, favor probably benign.
ขออนุญาตสอบถามคุณหมอ ช่วยอ่านค่าให้หน่อยได้มั้ยคะ และอาการท่อน้ำนมขยาย กับ หินปูนที่เต้านม อันตรายมั้ยคะ ต้องกังวลมั้ย และต้องปฏิบัติตัวอย่างไรต่อไปค่ะ (หินปูนชนิดที่เป็น ถ้าไป follow up mammogram ควรจะมีเพิ่มขึ้น หรือลดลง ถึงจะไม่มีแนวโน้มเป็นมะเร็งนะคะ อ่านมา เห็นว่า macrocalcifications จะไม่อันตรายเท่า micro) รบกวนด้วยนะคะ ขอบพระคุณค่า
